I have played countless of rounds of blackjack. I began sneaking into the gambling dens when I was 16. I have played online 21, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short time. Given all that I have still lost all kinds of cash at chemin de fer. The gambling halls have made it almost impossible to beat the casino.
I still like the game and bet on a regular basis. Over this time period I have played a type of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You won’t get flush with this tactic or beat the house, however you will experience a lot of fun. This tactic is founded on the fact that vingt-et-un seems to be a match of runs. When you’re on fire your on fire, and when you are not you are NOT!
I play basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I do not win I bet the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand. If I do not win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand again etc. Whenever I win I take the payout paid to me and I bet the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the bet back down to the original amount.
I am very strict and never back out. It gets very fun sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very fast. Before you realize it you are gambling $100-200per hand. I have had great runs a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Palms a couple of years back with $750 after 60 minutes using this technique! And a couple of days ago in Sin City I left a table with $1200!
You must understand that you can relinquish much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be amazed at the streaks you notice betting this way. Here is a chart of what you would bet if you kept winning at a five dollar table.

Wager five dollar
Leave five dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $10
Bet $10
Take 10 dollar paid to you, leave the first $10 bet

Leave 10 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of twenty dollar
Wager twenty dollar
Take $20 paid-out to you, leave the original 20 dollar wager
Bet twenty dollar
Leave $20 paid to you for a total bet of 40 dollar
Bet $40
Take $40 paid to you, leave the initial forty dollar bet
Wager forty dollar
Leave $40 paid to you for a total wager of eighty dollar
Bet $80
Take eighty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first eighty dollar bet
Bet $80
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total wager of $160
Bet $160
Take 160 dollar paid to you, leave the initial $160 wager
If you left at this point you would be up three hundred and 15 dollars !!
It’s hard to go on a streak this long, but it occasionally happen. And when it does you can’t deviate and drop your bet or the final result will not be the same.
