I have wagered on countless of rounds of chemin de fer. I began working my way into the casinos when I was 16. I have bet on online chemin de fer, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a little while. Given all that I have still lost all kinds of bankroll at chemin de fer. The gambling dens have made it very hard to defeat the game.

I still enjoy the game and wager on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have gambled on a type of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get rich with this tactic or beat the casino, still you will have an abundance of fun. This method is based on the fact that vingt-et-un appears to be a game of runs. When you are hot your on fire, and when you are not you’re NOT!

I wager with basic strategy chemin de fer. When I don’t win I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand. If I do not win again I wager the table minimum on the next hand again etc. Once I hit I take the payout paid to me and I wager the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I lower the wager back down to the original amount.

I am very disciplined and never "chicken out". It gets very thrilling on occasion. If you succeed at a few hands in sequence your bets go up very quick. Before you know it you are betting $100-200per hand. I have had great streaks a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Luxor a number of years back with $750 after 30 minutes using this tactic! And a couple of months ago in Vegas I left a table with $1200!

You need to understand that you can say good-bye to a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be astonished at the runs you see playing this way. Below is a chart of what you would wager if you continue winning at a five dollar table.

Bet five dollar
Take $5 paid-out to you, leave the first 5 dollar wager

Bet $5
Leave 5 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 10 dollar

Wager ten dollar
Take 10 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial ten dollar bet

Bet 10 dollar
Leave 10 dollar paid to you for a total bet of $20

Wager $20
Take 20 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original twenty dollar wager

Bet 20 dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 40 dollar

Bet $40
Take 40 dollar paid to you, leave the initial forty dollar bet

Wager $40
Leave forty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $80

Bet $80
Take 80 dollar paid to you, leave the initial 80 dollar bet

Wager eighty dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $160

Wager one hundred and sixty dollar
Take 160 dollar paid to you, leave the initial 160 dollar bet

If you departed at this instance you would be up 315 dollar !!

It’s hard to go on a run this long, but it often happen. And when it does you must NOT deviate and drop your wager or the final result won’t be the same.
